I.O. Express Customer Service Associates are ready to  help regarding after sale issues, including: Lost shipments, Short shipments, Damaged shipments, Defective product replacement, and Shipping errors

You must obtain a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning product. RMA numbers are only valid for  7 days from issue date.

Defective Product Return Policy


Subject to the product manufacturer's warranty requirements, I.O. Express will replace any defective product returned to I.O. within 30 days of the invoice date.

Direct Returns to Manufacturer
Some manufacturers require defective products returned directly to them. Please call to confirm the return policy of Vendor.

Product is in Original Condition and Complete
Defective Product must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and include all components, accessories, supplies, cables, software, manuals and any linked promotional items or material. Incomplete packaging product can only be replace or repair according to Manufacturer's policy.

Credit for Returned Product
Credit memos for use against future purchases are issued on returns meeting requirements. The amount credited will be the lower of purchase price or current price.

Freight Charges for Defective Returns
I.O. Express will assume freight charges one way for defective products returned to I.O. Express. All returned product must be pre-paid by sender, we will not accept any collect shipment. Credit memos are issued for use against future orders when return policies are met.

Freight Charges are Applied for Non-Defective Returns
Defective hardware returns are tested at I.O. Express and product found not truly defective will be returned to sender an freight costs for both inbound and outbound transit will be assumed by the reseller.

How to Return Defective Product
We need  your company  name, account number, contact person, I.O. part number, product description, serial numbers and a clear description of defect. Request an RMA number and repackage product to prevent shipping damage. Do not write on manufacturer's packaging but use shipping labels on carton for address information and RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for up to 7days from the date of issuance.
